Which size?

Building a distillery is a tricky business and requires a lot of planning. No two distilleries are the same or use the same equipment. Every distillery is unique. The good news is that the internet connects us with people that can share their knowledge. School chemistry, physics and a bachelor in Electrical Engineering definitely came in handy to calculate a closed loop water cooling system, define chiller horsepower, figure out steam boiler BTU and other crazy things which we would never think we have to do.
