Dual-Oak Maturation Profile
Our unique dual-oak process layers distinct wood characteristics directly into the spirit to create a deeply structured dark rum:
- Primary Aging (Ex-Bourbon Casks): The rum spends its foundational years in charred American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. This initial maturation imparts classic notes of deep vanilla, sweet caramel, and a robust, smoky undertone.
