Our spirits are unique, crafted in limited quantities, and not available for mass distribution. We partner with premium segment agents and select bars and restaurants.
At retail, our products are available only at our distillery store and online. While in the County, visit us for a tasting experience and pick up a bottle of craft Stillus spirit.

We take time to handcraft authentic premium spirits in small batches using a custom designed copper pot still and all-natural, locally sourced ingredients.
While our whisky and rum age for their upcoming release, our gin and vodka have earned global recognition with gold and silver medals at the prestigious International Wine and Spirit (IWSC) and London Spirit Competitions.

Mass production may offer affordability, but it sacrifices one crucial element: quality.
To hit target retail prices and maximize profits, mass producers prioritize cost-cutting and efficiency—inevitably leading to compromises in ingredient quality, equipment, and the time required to create truly exceptional products. Taste enhancers may make the final product “good enough,” but the impurity of the spirit is hard to conceal.
As a true craft distillery, Stillus takes the opposite approach: quality comes first. We use only the finest equipment and ingredients and take the time needed to produce outstanding spirits directly from the still, with no need for further correction.
Our products are pure and free from artificial additives. We maintain full transparency in our processes and ingredients.
When you drink Stillus spirits, you’re drinking pristine, limestone-filtered water from our artesian well, grains grown by local farmers, natural herbs and fruits—and literally nothing else.
