The world class equipment: Our main copper still was custom designed and handcrafted by Tuscany based Frilli Impianti S.r.l., one of the world’s best manufacturer of industrial and craft distilling equipment. Frilli’s stills are in operation at distilleries in Scotland, Ireland and 58 other countries. All other major equipment in our distillery was made in Europe, Canada or the USA.

The best ingredients: the grains for our spirits are sourced locally and milled by a local craft miller, K2 Milling located north of Toronto.  

Expertise: our distillers have years of experience and are passionate about making great spirits. We pay meticulous attention to the distillation process details and striving for perfection at every step.
