Trademark registration is an interesting process. Much more delicate than it can be perceived. Do not be confused. Elements Distillery is our distillery name which we decided not to register as our trademark (if curious why, read about “a peculiar feature” of official trademarks in Canada).

Our trademark which you will see on our bottles is STILLUS or Stillus Craft Spirits.
