“If not me then who?” It all starts with us. We believe that caring about our communities and supporting local economies is important. It maintains the prosperity, reduces the crime and pays back with better quality products and healthier food. It unites us, make us stronger as a nation and it is just a lot more fun! Staying true to our values, we decided to build our distillery from Canadian wood instead of a U.S. – made prefab steel structure. It allowed us to employ local carpenters and tradesmen who traditionally build farms and houses here in PEC and the surrounding areas.
